58th Conference Proceedings

The Proceedings are $25 each and are shipped for an additional $5 (US only--contact us for elsewhere).  We also like you to pay your $5 annual CSVHFS dues.  So, if you do not attend the conference, you can purchase a proceedings and have it mailed to you for $35 total. That includes your annual CSVHFS dues and mailing.

To do this, go through our registration process and enter your address, call, and phone information. Then, scroll all the way down to the bottom of the form, check the box "not attending" and select how many mailed-out proceedings you want.
