Online registration for the 2026 Central States VHF Conference   Has Closed. 

Online registration will remain open until about 5 days before the event. After online registration closes, we'll accept walk-in registrations at the event.  

You can still come to the conference! You will be a "walk-in" registrant.  If you know you are coming, please send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to let us know you are coming.

Registering online helps us get you the meal and registration choices you want.

Announcement will be made directly to all CSVHFS members and on major VHF email reflectors when online event registration is open.

In the meantime, visit the Lodging tab and make your hotel room reservation, and make your plans to attend the conference.
