Our hotel for the 2026 CSVHFS Conference is:

 We have an attractive rate of $140 + tax per night. This rate is available July 22nd through July 27th. You must make your reservations before June 22nd, 2026 or you lose the attractive rate. This rate applies for up to 2 people per room. Additional occupants beyond that are an additional $10 per night. You get a complimentary Breakfast and you get the complimentary "5:30 Kickback".  That is a feature of Drury Hotels where guests get free beverages and snacks in the "Kickback" area every evening at 5:30pm.

(CSVHFS has also arranged for a block of rooms at a lower price-point at Pear Tree Inn Cape Girardeau West. Please scroll down to see that option.)

There are two ways to book your room.

1. Call Drury Hotels at 1-800-325-0720. First mention our Group Number of 10156381 and then let them know if you want King or 2 Queens and which nights.

2. Navigate on the web to www.druryhotels.com .

From the top menu bar, select "Book Now".

Then select "Add Special Rate or Code", select "Group Code", type in 10156381 

Select "Search".

You will note that it defaults to July 22nd through July 27th. YOU MAY NEED TO ADJUST THIS TO MATCH YOUR NEEDS! Use the calendar to select the start and end dates you need. Click on the calendar to expand it. Press first on the first night you need. Then drag to the morning you want to check out. Then hit "Apply". The calendar should close.

Select "Search" again.

Now you can choose from King or 2 Queens depending on what is still available from our block.

We have a very attractive rate at this property of $84 + tax per night.  This rate applies for up to two people per room. Additional guests beyond two will be an additional $10 per night. This rate is available from July 23rd through July 26th. This rate includes complimentary breakfast in the lobby breakfast area. This hotel is a short drive or a 20-minute walk from the conference hotel. See images below. Walking Map image.
